Your Impact: Input and track client schedules in campaign management system Handle day-to-day client requests Secure and confirm makegoods for campaign inventory Review vendor contracts for accuracy Generate schedules where necessary/appropriate to client teams Assist in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations Analyze and prepare post-buy reports and presentations Prepare status updates for internal status meetings, which includes taking minutes and updating status documents Utilize and understand proprietary and syndicated research tools used for planning and reporting purposes Study demographic data and consumer profiles to identify desired target audiences for specific media vehicles, including lifestyles and psychographics Utilize syndicated research to help analyze the competitive landscape Develop agency point of views on media opportunities for submission to the client Input data into Campaign Management (i.e. DDS) and Ad Serving platforms Resolve discrepancies within the billing process Secondary Responsibilities: Attend client specific and departmental meetings Attend mandatory Agency Training Attend media training programs Attend presentations by vendors / potential vendors Participate in creative brainstorm sessions Proactively keep abreast of industry trends and share knowledge with team Assist in the compilation of marketing and media data to be used as support for implementation decisions Assist in the preparation and rationale of media recommendations and plan presentations Your Qualifications: Skills/Attributes: Effective written and oral communication skills Demonstrates very high level accuracy and attention to detail Self-starter who demonstrates initiative Ability to manage multiple projects Works well in a team setting Thrives in fast paced environment Embraces agency core values Desire to learn, develop and progress Experience: College Graduate Relevant Internships Knowledge: Proficient with Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) Desire to understand the broader media landscape and its impact on campaigns and strategies Qualities: Digitally Savvy: Personally uses digital social media, demonstrates passion about emerging media, Google Analytics, Google Images, ability to search and research topics, etc. Thrives in team environment Entertainment industry experience Passion for movie/entertainment industry, avid movie-goer Life at WPP Media & Benefits Our passion for shaping the next era of media includes investing in our employees to help them do their best work, and we’re just as committed to employee growth as we are to responsible media investment.
