Something BIG is coming to our Fall 2026 Turnarounds. WQS NDT will be giving away one brand-new vehicle to an eligible WQS NDT employee. Employees who commit to and complete their entire Turnaround assignment may have the opportunity to qualify for the draw. WQS Non-Destructive Testing (WQS NDT) is currently hiring experienced, proficient, certified Lead NDT Technicians (Rope Access considered an asset). Location Fort McMurray, Alberta Additional Information When applying, be sure to upload all required certification under the "Additional Documents" section of the application portal. Flights (where required) and camp are company provided. What You Will Bring CGSB Certification. Preference will be given to multi-ticketed technicians; however we encourage all interested CGSB technicians to apply. Must be Fit for Duty at all times and be able to comply with the Canadian Model for Providing a Safe Workplace which includes alcohol and drug testing. IRATA Rope Access certification considered an asset. Experience with setting-up, programming, and operating hydroforming presses and related machinery. Valid driver's license with a 3-year driver abstract, First Aid & Confined Space Certification is an asset. Solid technical skills and proven track record as a proficient NDT technician Strong work ethic and positive attitude is a must.
