API Inspector - Fort McMurray

WQS Non-Destructive Testing (“WQS NDT”) is actively recruiting for API 510 Inspectors to join the WQS NDT Team. Schedule: 12-hour Shifts Duration: August - October Location: Fort McMurray, Alberta Additional Information: When applying, be sure to upload all required certification under the "Additional Documents" section of the application portal. What You Will Bring A minimum 1-year experience as an API 510 Inspector. ABSA In-Service-Inspection ticket considered an asset. Must be Fit for Duty at all times and be able to comply with the Canadian Model for Providing a Safe Workplace which includes alcohol and drug testing. Ability to follow client inspection test plans. Valid driver's license with a 3-year driver abstract, First Aid & Confined Space Certification is an asset. Strong work ethic and positive attitude is a must. The API Inspector will perform non-destructive testing and follow client inspection test plans at industrial sites. They are responsible for maintaining high standards of safety and complying with workplace regulations.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as an API 510 Inspector and possess a valid driver's license. Additional certifications such as ABSA In-Service-Inspection, First Aid, and Confined Space are considered assets.
