Something BIG is coming to our Fall 2026 Turnarounds. WQS IND will be giving away one brand-new vehicle to an eligible WQS IND employee. Employees who commit to and complete their entire Turnaround assignment may have the opportunity to qualify for the draw. WQS Industrial is now recruiting IRATA Certified, Rope Access Technicians for the Fall 2026 Turnaround Season, with major projects in the Fort McMurray region. This is your chance to join a dynamic team, enjoy a people first culture, and contribute to a season focused on excellence and innovation. Turnaround Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off - 12hr/shift. Pre-work schedule may vary. Duration: August 2026 - October 2026 Hour Rate: $32.00 - $67.00/ hour, rate varies based on rope level and trade Additional Information: Flights and Camp are company provided. Competitive Local Incentive Program (LIP) available to IRATA Level 3 employees local to Fort McMurray. What You Will Bring Rope Access IRATA Level 1, 2 or 3 Certification is required. Must be Fit for Duty at all times and be able to comply with the Canadian Model for Providing a Safe Workplace which includes alcohol and drug testing. Valid driver's license with a 3-year driver abstract, Common Safety Orientation & Confined Space Certification are a bonus. Strong work ethic and positive attitude is a must. Demonstrate high standards of safety and align with best-in-class company culture.
