As a Laboratory Logistics Driver, you will be a trusted link between field teams and laboratory operations — helping ensure quality testing, reliable results, and safe project delivery. A WSP fleet vehicle is provided for all routes. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Your Impact * Transport construction material samples, equipment, and supplies between job sites and laboratories with care and accuracy. * Plan and execute efficient daily pick‑up and delivery routes across Richmond Hill, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Burlington, Cambridge, with occasional travel to other WSP locations within Ontario. * Support laboratory testing schedules by coordinating timely inbound and outbound materials. * Promote a strong safety culture by following all Health & Safety requirements and WSP policies. * Communicate professionally with laboratory and field staff to ensure smooth operations. * Maintain delivery logs and required documentation with attention to detail. * Contribute to general laboratory logistics and warehouse operations as needed. * Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. * Assist with data entry, sample tracking, sample storage management, and other administrative activities to support laboratory operations and testing programs. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Skills That Set You Apart * A valid Ontario driver’s licence with a minimum of 2 years of clean driving experience. * Confidence operating pickup trucks and cargo vans. * A strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and personal accountability. * Sound judgement and the confidence to ask questions when clarification is needed. * The ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Clear verbal and written communication skills in English. * The ability to multitask and perform well in a fast‑paced, operational environment. * A genuine commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Working Conditions & Physical Demands * This is a physically demanding role requiring regular movement of materials and equipment. * Extended periods of driving are required, including trips of up to 1–2 hours at a time. * Early morning starts and occasional evening hours are required to support operational needs. * Overtime may be required based on project and business demands. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Why Choose WSP?
