Assist with risk management frameworks, legal compliance programs, and internal governance audits. Manage relationships with external legal counsel, transfer agents, and regulatory authorities. Basic qualifications and experience: Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from an accredited law school.
