For more information, please visit www.xediton.com Sales Manager – Pharmaceuticals, Anti-infectives and Anti-thrombotic - GTA Job Description & Key responsibilities: Sales Manager - Pharmaceuticals The Sales Manager is responsible for managing Key Account Managers in different territories across the country. The role develops and implements a strategic plan, taking into consideration the environment, identifying issues and addressing them. We have a broad portfolio of innovative and established brands in different therapeutic areas, so the role will be suited to someone who enjoys working across different therapeutic areas. Specific responsibilities and deliverables include: The Sales manager will demonstrate excellent knowledge of our products and be able to communicate to customers and stakeholders key messages in line with Brand plans. Support in developing strategic plans and executing operational marketing plans that support business objectives whiles working collaboratively with other team members Develop business sales plans for individual accounts, set appropriate objectives for customer calls in line with territory business plans in an effort to meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators. Review all data and reports to analyze performance, identify trends, to enable you and your team seize on new opportunities Working with your team members, identify, develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders Ensure that your team analyzes territory information and insights to develop and execute effective account plans, optimize routing, and maximize field resources to achieve results. A firm understanding of how patients and HCPs navigate the Canadian Healthcare system and integrate those insights into all interactions with HCPs to benefit both the patient and HCP. Conduct regular business reviews, analyzing product performance against key metrics while providing key recommendations for accelerating growth In collaboration with Medical and Sales Representatives, plan and organize speakers programs and other peer to peer activities Play a leading role in successfully launching new products. Responsible for ensuring a high level of call and field productivity; expected to meet and exceed expectations for call plans. Grow Sales, Manage assigned budget, Show Profitability Skills & Qualification The successful candidate is a highly motivated, enthusiastic and dynamic team player who is resourceful and dedicated and has competencies in adapting to changing environments. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related discipline required Must have at least 6 years pharma sales experience and at least 3 years in pharma sales management Previous track record of leading sales results by utilizing a multichannel approach to reach customers, either virtually or in-person Previous sales experience in a highly competitive pharmaceutical environment Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience using social media tools is an asset Very strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage own workload whilst multi-tasking in order to meet deadlines and be able to manage other team members Strong innovative and creative selling skills. Must have entrepreneurial spirit. Must have ability to learn both technical and product related materials High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented and must have the ability to lead and inspire change Ability to communicate with physicians, executives and business partners Ability to partner with the sales force and sales management to develop brand strategies Product launch experience an asset Developed listening skills Exceptional written and oral communication skills Hospital selling experience required Drivers License Required Salary - $135,000 If you are ambitious, looking to be part of something that has significant growth potential and this opportunity is of interest, we would like to hear from you.
