*Overview* Xperience Life Chiropractic, a multidisciplinary wellness clinic in Calgary, is looking for a Registered Physiotherapist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be the *sole physiotherapist in the clinic*, giving you real ownership over building and growing your own caseload alongside our existing team of practitioners. We're hiring on *salary basis* ? you'll be a valued, secure member of our team, not an independent contractor. We're looking for someone who wants to put down roots and grow a career with us, not just fill a temporary opening. *Start date:* September 1, 2026 *Position type:* Full-time preferred; we're also open to starting part-time with a clear path to full-time as your caseload builds *New physiotherapy graduates are welcome to apply, as long as they are legally registered to work in Alberta, Canada.* *Duties* * Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans * Deliver physiotherapy interventions in an outpatient, multidisciplinary clinic setting * Collaborate closely with our chiropractors and other practitioners to coordinate patient care and optimize recovery outcomes * Educate patients on injury prevention, exercise programs, and self-management strategies * Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans to maximize results * Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, progress notes, and records in compliance with healthcare standards * Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development *Requirements* * _*Valid licensure/registration as a Physiotherapist in Alberta*_ * Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills, with a patient-centered approach to care * Solid understanding of physiotherapy-relevant medical terminology * Excellent communication skills with patients and fellow healthcare professionals * Comfortable working independently as the clinic's only physio, while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team * New graduates encouraged to apply ? mentorship and support available as you build your practice *Preference will be given to candidates with training in IMS, dry needling, and/or acupuncture.* *What We Offer* * *Salary* ? no contracting, meaning secure, predictable yearly income with built-in pay increases each year * *Paid time off:* 2 weeks after your first year * The opportunity to be the clinic's dedicated physiotherapist, with strong potential to grow your own client base * A collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment * Support for long-term career growth ? we're looking to invest in someone who wants to stay *Join Us* - we'd love to hear from you.
