Vous avez de solides aptitudes en communication et aimez bâtir des relations de confiance avec les transporteurs et les équipes internes? Nous recherchons un(e) Planificateur(trice) logistique bilinguen pour se joindre à notre équipe et contribuer activement à la performance de nos opérations de transport. Dans ce rôle, vous serez au cœur des opérations. Vous assurerez le suivi des expéditions en temps réel, collaborerez avec les transporteurs et les répartiteurs, anticiperez les enjeux et mettrez rapidement en place les solutions appropriées afin d’assurer un excellent niveau de service. Votre rôle Assurer le suivi en temps réel des expéditions et veiller au respect des horaires prévus; Collaborer quotidiennement avec les transporteurs et les répartiteurs afin d’assurer une communication efficace; Identifier les risques de retard et intervenir de façon proactive pour résoudre les problèmes; Effectuer les suivis auprès des transporteurs avant, pendant et après les événements de transport; Maintenir les informations à jour dans le TMS et effectuer les audits EDI requis; Suivre la performance des transporteurs et communiquer les résultats aux équipes concernées; Effectuer le suivi des relevés de parc et des besoins en manutention; Suivre, documenter et facturer les frais accessoires; Traiter les premières informations relatives aux réclamations pour perte, dommage ou marchandise manquante; Veiller à l’exactitude et à l’intégrité des données dans les systèmes; Collaborer avec les membres de l’équipe et assurer un soutien au besoin. We are looking for a bilingual Logistics Planner to join our team and actively contribute to the performance of our transportation operations. In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations. You will monitor shipments in real time, collaborate with carriers and dispatchers, anticipate potential issues, and quickly implement appropriate solutions to ensure a high level of service. Your Role Monitor shipments in real time and ensure compliance with scheduled timelines. Collaborate daily with carriers and dispatchers to ensure effective communication. Identify potential delays and proactively intervene to resolve issues. Follow up with carriers before, during, and after transportation events. Keep shipment information up to date in the TMS and perform required EDI audits. Monitor carrier performance and communicate results to the appropriate teams. Monitor fleet reports and coordinate material-handling requirements. Track, document, and invoice accessorial charges. Process initial information related to claims involving lost, damaged, or missing freight. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within our systems. Collaborate with team members and provide support as required. The Profile We’re Looking For You are someone who: Enjoys being in a fast-paced environment and taking on new challenges.
