This role focuses on Troubleshooting, System administration, Deployments, Customer support, and Maintaining service levels in mission-critical environments. Key Requirements: 2+ years of experience in systems administration or technical support (beyond help desk). Diploma or degree in Computer Science or related field. Knowledge of Windows and Linux systems. Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.). Basic SQL/database knowledge. Strong customer service and communication skills. Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed. Ability to participate in after-hours/on-call support. Ideal Candidate: A customer-focused technical professional with strong troubleshooting skills who enjoys supporting complex systems, working directly with end users, and collaborating with Engineering and QA teams.
