Assistant Superintendent (Full Time Mixed Shifts)

Performs repairs and preventative maintenance duties, and ensures that the building is maintained in a clean, attractive and safe condition. Responds to emergency building maintenance and security requests Qualifications: * High school completed with relevant course * Minimum 1 year of related experience, preferably in building maintenance * Knowledge of legislations and relevant procedures regarding building standards, fire and safety * Some knowledge of preventive maintenance programs for building systems and ground maintenance * Good interpersonal skills.
