Minimum Years Of Relevant Work Experience Experience in reviewing technical designs, BoQs, technical specifications, and engineering reports. Experience in reviewing payment invoices, measurement sheets, and implementation documents. Experience in preparation of tender documents and participation in tender evaluations. Experience in preparation of technical reports, NTFs, and contract amendment documents. Experience in coordination with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders. Good command of engineering software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ETABS, and MS Office applications. Knowledge of international construction standards and FIDIC contract conditions is an asset. A proven track of excellent communication skills both oral and written. Proven ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams and liaison with local authorities. Knowledge of UNDP program management and financial procedures and policies. Knowledge and working experience with UNDP, the United Nations system, and INGOs particularly with governance and recovery program. Required Language(s) Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is required.

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for reviewing technical designs, BoQs, and engineering reports while supervising construction and contract implementation. The role involves preparing tender documents, managing payment invoices, and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and local authorities.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with at least 8 years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in engineering software like AutoCAD and Civil 3D, along with fluency in both English and Arabic, is required.
