THE ROLE We're hiring a hands-on Integrations Engineer to own how our AI agents connect to the outside world. You'll build and maintain the pipelines that move data between our platform and customer systems — reliably, at scale, in production. High ownership. Flat structure, fast decisions. WHAT YOU'LL OWN System integrations — design and build pipelines connecting our AI agents to customer data systems API & webhook development — own the interfaces between Yokeru and third-party platforms Debugging — investigate logs, root-cause production issues, and resolve them fast Customer scoping — join prospect and client calls to define integration requirements Documentation — produce flow diagrams, integration specs, and technical write-ups Rapid ramp-up — step into unfamiliar systems and map data flows independently WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Technical: Strong CS or software engineering foundation Solid experience with APIs, webhooks, HTTP workflows, and data pipelines Comfortable building integrations between SaaS platforms and custom systems Log analysis and production debugging Ability to build MVP fast and scale with resilience Familiar with QA and deployment pipelines How you work: Extreme ownership — you see things through end-to-end Comfortable on customer calls explaining technical concepts Fast learner who operates well in ambiguity Highly organised, self-motivated, no hand-holding needed Genuinely care about mission-driven work THIS ROLE MAY NOT BE THE RIGHT FIT IF You prefer close supervision or structured daily direction You'd rather stay off customer calls You're looking for a low-intensity, steady-pace role AI and automation in healthcare doesn't excite you ABOUT YOKERU Founded by two brothers after their grandmother's fall.
