Access Full Position Posting Purpose The Exam Monitor and Support Assistant, Bilingual provides exam invigilation and administrative support to the Office of Student Affairs, Glendon College under the direction of Director, Student Affairs. Education Completion of a college certificate program. Experience Some previous clerical experience is preferred. Skills Ability to demonstrate organizational skills to carry out a variety of tasks. Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy. Effective problem-solving skillsEffective interpersonal/communication skillsAbility to understand and demonstrate instructions, policies & procedures. Ability to maintain confidentialityAbility to work independently and in a team environment. Additional Notes This position requires the candidate to produce a verification of degree(s), credentials(s), or equivalencies from accredited institutions and/or international equivalents at the time of interview.
