Purpose The Program Support Assistant provides customer service and administrative support to the undergraduate and graduate programs in the School of Nursing under the direction of the Manager, Resources & Planning. Education Completion of the first year in a post-secondary program in a related field to acquire administrative skills. Experience Minimum of one year administrative experience in an academic School/Department providing information on programs. Skills Effective interpersonal and customer service skills, including active listening. Effective communication skills to provide accurate information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy. Effective organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Knowledge of student information systems software (such as SIS). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook). Additional Notes Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
