We’re hiring a Senior Graphic & Web Designer on a full-time contract basis to lead our design team while covering a maternity leave, remaining hands-on in building modern, high-performing digital experiences for our clients. A Senior Graphic & Web Designer (Design Team Lead) at Q Wealth Partners is a hands-on creative leader responsible for raising the quality, consistency, and performance of design across our client work. This role spans web design and development, brand design, and marketing creative across digital and print, with a strong emphasis on building modern, responsive, conversion-aware websites. This is a fixed-term contract with an anticipated duration of [approximately 12 months], with the possibility of extension depending on business needs. In this role, you’ll lead and mentor our design team — including hands-on QA of their work, and managing the team’s deadlines and workload as priorities shift — while applying and maintaining our existing design systems, and collaborating closely on web development and with client-facing teams to ensure smooth execution from concept through launch. The ideal candidate brings strong visual craft, modern web expertise, and a forward-thinking approach to using the AI tools (specifically Claude) already integrated into the design workflow to accelerate output without compromising quality. They should be comfortable managing multiple high-profile projects — including juggling requests across our 27+ partner brands and concierge teams — with confidence, discretion, and a consistently high standard of work. We’re looking for someone who combines strong visual craft with team and workload management, design leadership, modern web and UI/UX expertise, and comfort using AI as part of the day-to-day design workflow. What You’ll Do Lead and mentor the design team, conducting in-depth QA on their work and setting creative direction to maintain high standards Triage and delegate incoming requests from our 27+ partner brands and concierge teams, using monday.com to manage deadlines and reprioritize work as needed Help the team apply Claude and other AI-assisted workflows to improve design speed, ideation, and production across the team Design and build responsive, conversion-focused websites in Webflow, our primary web platform Apply and maintain our UI systems and design frameworks across Webflow and Adobe Creative Suite (Figma or Canva a plus) Ensure accessibility, performance, and SEO best practices across projects Oversee brand consistency across web, email, social, and marketing assets Partner with developers, marketing, and leadership to execute efficiently Manage the team agency-style, balancing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders with competing priorities Continuously refine and improve our existing workflows and design processes What We’re Looking For 6+ years of experience in web and graphic design Advanced, hands-on expertise in Webflow (required) Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (required) Figma or Canva experience is a plus, but not required Strong understanding of UX, accessibility, and modern web standards Comfortable using Claude as part of a daily AI-assisted design and production workflow Experience with monday.com or similar tools for organizing team workflow and deadlines is an asset Experience mentoring or leading a team of designers, including QA and workload management Experience working across multiple stakeholders, brands, or clients, with strong prioritization and delegation skills (agency background is an asset) Excellent communication and presentation skills WordPress experience is helpful but not required Know someone who would be a perfect fit?
