Franchise Business Coach

Pizza Hut Canada is seeking a strategic, results-driven, and analytically minded Franchise Business Coach (FBC) for a role to partner with franchisees and restaurant leadership teams to drive operational excellence, business performance, and guest experience across franchise restaurants. The FBC serves as a trusted advisor to franchisees, leveraging operational expertise, business acumen, and advanced data-driven insights to identify opportunities, influence operational decisions, and improve restaurant performance at scale. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to implement key business initiatives, support operational improvements, and drive sustainable growth.

Partner with franchisees and restaurant leadership to drive operational excellence, business performance, and guest experience. Act as a trusted advisor using data-driven insights to influence operational decisions and implement growth initiatives.

Requires 3+ years of operational experience in a multi-unit franchise or QSR environment with strong financial and analytical skills. Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and experience with analytics tools like Domo or Power BI is preferred.
