Determine nature, cause and location of trouble. Initiate the dispatch of appropriate repair personnel. Operate computerized testing systems to conduct service tests on customer lines and equipment. Area of specialization: Telecommunications equipment. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Tight deadlines.
