Job Title: Dealership Controller Company: YXE AUTO (Stellantis Canada Franchise) Location: Saskatoon, SK Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Start Date: August 17, 2026 (or sooner) Job Description YXE AUTO is seeking an experienced Dealership Controller to oversee our financial operations. You will manage the accounting team, execute payroll, maintain internal controls, and ensure accurate financial reporting. As a key member of the leadership team, you will partner with the General Manager and Dealer Principal to drive profitability. Key Responsibilities Financial Management: Prepare accurate monthly Stellantis financial statements. Payroll Administration: Process accurate semi-monthly and monthly payroll. Commission Calculation: Verify and calculate complex sales commission structures. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the dealership accounting staff. Internal Controls: Implement policies to safeguard company assets. Cash Flow: Monitor daily cash, factory accounts, and floor plan lines. Tax Compliance: Oversee PST, GST, payroll deductions, and T4 filings. Audit Prep: Coordinate year-end reviews with external auditors. Ideal Qualifications and Background Experience: Minimum 3–5 years as an automotive dealership Controller. Software: Direct, hands-on proficiency with Quorum XSellerator DMS is required. Payroll Knowledge: Experience managing Canadian payroll regulations and deductions. Brand Knowledge: Familiarity with Stellantis (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) operating reports is preferred. Education: CPA designation or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance is highly desirable. Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $120,000+ annually with benefits, commensurate with experience. Bonus: Performance-based incentive programs.
