Specifically: open/prepare and close all Internal Service Repair Orders for vehicles delivery/inventory preparation prepare detailed and accurate estimates of labor and parts costs, and present them to Sales Manager for authorization advise the Sales Manager on recommended and required vehicle maintenance, while providing thorough and expert details and explanations schedule vehicle maintenance appointments ensuring workflow through the service shop review vehicle maintenance history, and check for outstanding recalls or campaigns; verify the scope of warranty coverage on the customer vehicle before maintenance commences About You… Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in coordinating and advising, including: 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a service advisor Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience proficiency in working with ERP systems (ie.
