This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in the food industry and be part of a dynamic team committed to excellence. *Duties* * Prepare and serve a variety of espresso based coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and flair * Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, to process orders accurately and efficiently * Handle cash transactions, perform cash handling duties, and give correct change with basic math skills * Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures * Assist in food preparation and food service tasks to ensure timely delivery of orders * Provide friendly customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns * Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow and customer satisfaction *Skills* * Proven experience as a Barista or in food service roles with strong serving skills * Familiarity with POS systems, for efficient transaction processing * Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques * Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities * Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume hours * Basic math proficiency for cash handling, order totaling, and change calculation * Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour Benefits: * Store discount Work Location: In person
