Since 2017, the company has leveraged its software development expertise and expanded its drone design and manufacturing capabilities through ZenaDrone to innovate and enhance customer inspection, monitoring, safety, security, compliance, and surveying processes. Position Overview: We are looking for an Acoustic Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our team in Toronto. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of acoustics, audio systems, and product testing who enjoys collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and optimize high-quality audio solutions. Responsibilities Design, evaluate, and optimize acoustic systems and components for a variety of audio applications. Conduct acoustic measurements, testing, analysis, and validation using industry-standard equipment and software. Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams throughout the product development lifecycle. Support product prototyping, verification, troubleshooting, and production readiness. Analyze acoustic performance and recommend design improvements based on test results. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and test procedures. Interpret technical specifications and ensure products meet acoustic performance requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Acoustics, Audio Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in acoustic engineering, audio product development, or a related field. Experience with acoustic measurements, testing methodologies, and data analysis. Knowledge of electroacoustic principles, transducers, microphones, and audio system performance. Experience using acoustic simulation, measurement, or analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python, CLIO, SoundCheck, Audio Precision, or similar). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
