Job Overview: This opportunity is for fresh graduates or graduates with less than 1-year experience. You will play a critical role in building financial models, financial statements analysis, and assisting the Director in evaluating M&A opportunities. A successful candidate is expected to have a high degree of attention to detail, initiative to execute assignments, and remain open to new responsibilities within the Corporate Development Team. The role is unique as you will be engaged in deal origination, closing to integration planning, and subsequent operations of the target company. Key Responsibilities: Financial modeling and financial statement analysis of target companies Collecting and consolidating company and industry data Identify potential target M&A opportunities and assess the industry related thematic trends. Assist in evaluating potential M&A opportunities and structuring deal consideration Understand the strategic and operational needs of target companies and translate key findings/observations into financial models Maintain a detailed opportunity funnel Build and maintain internal databases Setup and attend meetings with potential targets and senior management, and take detailed notes Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business, economics, accounting or related field Having experience as an intern/co-op or full-time in Finance, M&A, Investment Banking, Consulting, Corporate Development, Private Equity or Accounting is helpful but not mandatory Strong knowledge of financial modeling, business financials and accounting Excellent project management skills, communication abilities and strategic thinking Excellent communication and relationship management skills. The analyst will build financial models and analyze financial statements to evaluate M&A opportunities. They will also manage the opportunity funnel and assist in deal origination, closing, and integration planning.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in business, economics, accounting, or a related field. The role is targeted at fresh graduates or those with less than one year of experience, with a strong knowledge of business financials.
