Job description: About Us: ZenaTech (Nasdaq: ZENA | FSE: 49Q) is a technology company specializing in AI drones, Drone-as-a-Service (DaaS), enterprise SaaS, and quantum computing solutions for mission-critical business applications. Since 2017, the company has leveraged its software development expertise and expanded its drone design and manufacturing capabilities through ZenaDrone to innovate and enhance customer inspection, monitoring, safety, security, compliance, and surveying processes. This role would be in our 250 University Ave, Toronto, ON M5G. Job Overview: This opportunity is for an Analyst with at least 12 months of work experience in an M&A, Corporate Development, Integration, Transformation, Consulting or Operations role. The Analyst will support the integration of portfolio companies in the areas of land surveying, agriculture, power washing, inspection, SaaS and more. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and timely integration of Finance functions, HR, IT, Change Management, Insurance, Marketing, Business Development, and Vendor Management into ZenaTech. A successful candidate is expected to have strong project management skills, a high degree of cross-functional coordination capabilities, initiative to execute deliverables in a timely manner, and the business acumen to support the operation of companies in a fast paced environment. The role is unique as you will be engaged in the integration and transformation of a wide array of portfolio companies. Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken in English is mandatory for this role. The role is based in Toronto and requires the candidate to travel 70% of the time, valid US travel documents are mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Integration Planning: Lead the development of integration plans, including timeline, workflow, milestones and KPI tracking for newly acquired companies. Integration Execution: Execute the integration of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, IT and HR for newly acquired companies within the first month post-closing. Process Improvements: Develop and execute procedural improvements for future acquisitions that can be applied immediately. Assist in senior management meetings and updates, and communications as required. Maintain detailed progress reports and/or dashboards for each newly acquired company with clear timelines, milestones, and measurable KPIs. Execute the efficient procurement of vehicles and equipment. Oversees communication, operational and administrative transition, and adoption of drone technology plans Promptly engage the stakeholders about transition related concerns Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, engineering, or related field. Having at least 12 months of experience in Consulting, Corporate Development, Operations, Integration or Project Management is helpful but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory for this role. Strong understanding of operations, project management, business integration and transformation. Excellent organizational skills, written and verbal communication abilities, and strategic thinking. Excellent relationship management skills.
