Manager, Operations Analytics — Toronto Reports to: CEO, transferring to the COO on appointment Dotted line to: CFO (financial reporting), VP Operations North America, VP Operations Europe Travel: 20–25%, including regular London and branch visits About Us: ZenaTech (Nasdaq: ZENA | FSE: 49Q) is a technology company specializing in AI drones, Drone-as-a-Service (DaaS), enterprise SaaS, and quantum computing solutions for mission-critical business applications. Since 2017, the company has leveraged its software development expertise and expanded its drone design and manufacturing capabilities through ZenaDrone to innovate and enhance customer inspection, monitoring, safety, security, compliance, and surveying processes. Position Overview Own a single, trusted definition of operational performance across two regions and build the data foundation that makes it possible. Every operating decision the two VPs make should trace back to numbers this team produces First 180 Days Establish standard definitions for gross margin, utilization, cost-to-serve, and job profitability that apply identically in both regions Stand up the consolidated operational data model across acquired entities Deliver the first consolidated operating review pack covering North America and Europe Hire and onboard both teams and establish the Toronto–London working rhythm Responsibilities Own operational reporting and analytics for both regions Own the operational data platform roadmap and priorities Manage two geographically split teams and arbitrate between competing regional demands Serve as analytical partner to both VPs in monthly and quarterly operating reviews Provide the operating data underlying quarterly financial reporting and MD&A Identify structurally unprofitable service lines, branches, and customers, and quantify the fix Support operational diligence on acquisition targets Requirements 7+ years in operations analytics, FP&A, or business intelligence, including 2+ managing analysts Experience managing a distributed team across timezones Strong technical grounding — SQL required, able to direct data engineering work credibly Fluent in job costing and contribution margin in a labour-intensive service model Able to hold a definition against pressure from two regional leaders who each want it computed their way Public company reporting experience preferred Artificial Intelligence We use artificial intelligence to review and screen applications and materials.
