Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description Carry out the maintenance activities as per plan. Preperation, execution and record monitoring of preventive maintenance plan. Evaluates functionality and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by conferring with operating departments; identifying problems and requirements. Experience in measuring KPI’s like MTBF and MTTR. Spares and contingency plan management. Supervises and assigns the work of maintenance employees. Inspects work for completeness. Coordinates or installs, inspects repairs and maintains the electrical & mechanical systems. Coordinate Annual Maintenance Contract activities for the listed equipments / machines. Experience 2 to 8 Years in Electronics Industry. Preferred Industry Type: Electronic Manufacturing Services. Qualification ITI / Diploma / BE in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation. Competencies ESD, MSD, 5S, TPM Losses, Safety work practices.

Oversee and execute preventive maintenance plans for facility systems and associated equipment. Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate Annual Maintenance Contracts for machinery.

Requires 2 to 8 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry. Candidates should hold a qualification in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation.
