Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Glazier role. The Glazier will install, repair, and replace glass in windows, doors, storefronts, curtain walls, and other glazing systems for commercial and residential projects. Daily tasks include measuring glass, preparing frames, handling sealants and hardware, and ensuring precise, secure installations. The role involves reading and interpreting drawings, coordinating with project managers and site supervisors, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. The Glazier will also interact with clients and other trades on-site to address issues and support successful project delivery. Qualifications Strong skills in frames, glass installation and repair, including measuring, fitting, and sealing. Hands-on glazing experience with commercial and residential glass systems. Experience installing and servicing doors and related hardware in glazed assemblies. Ability to provide professional, respectful customer service on job sites and with clients. Knowledge of safety standards, use of PPE, and safe operation of hand and power tools. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Physical ability to lift glass and materials, work at heights, and perform repetitive tasks. Prior experience as a glazier or in a related construction trade; apprenticeship or trade certification is an asset.
