Corporate Lawyer 5 – 10 years | Calgary or Vancouver We are working with a thriving boutique law firm, now looking for a Corporate/Commercial Lawyer with at least five years of experience in Canadian corporate law, including corporate M&A and commercial agreements. The ideal candidate will have experience with financings, corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and cross-border transactions, and be confident managing files independently. U.S. corporate experience and securities law exposure are considered strong assets. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team with a strong pipeline of sophisticated work and build your practice with a fast-growing firm.
