This opportunity is ideal for a commercial litigator with some employment law exposure who is interested in building a sophisticated workplace law practice in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment. The firm offers a strong flow of high-quality work, making a portable book of business advantageous but not required. Compensation is highly competitive and structured as a base salary plus performance-based incentives, with significant earning potential for experienced practitioners.
