Financial Services Associate | 3–5 Years | Calgary Our client, a leading national law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its top-tier Financial Services group. The successful candidate will work on sophisticated lender and borrower-side financing transactions for major Canadian and international financial institutions and corporate clients. The practice includes a broad range of matters, including syndicated lending, leveraged finance, project finance, real estate finance, asset-based lending, and structured finance. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with strong transactional experience, solid academic credentials, and an interest in working on complex, high-profile mandates within a collaborative and market-leading team.
