Toronto (Hybrid) | 3-10 years Our client, a well-established and growing real estate development organization, is seeking a Legal Counsel with 3–10 years of post-call experience to join its in-house legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation associate, counsel, or junior partner looking to transition into a dynamic in-house role while maintaining a strong advocacy and litigation practice. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, the successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of legal matters, including civil litigation, real estate, construction, municipal and planning law, contract negotiation, leasing, and regulatory matters.
