Legal Counsel

Richmond Hill | 2-5 years Our major retail client is seeking a business-oriented lawyer to join its Legal Department. This role will serve as the primary legal resource for Quebec-specific matters while also supporting the Company’s broader commercial contracting function. The successful candidate will work closely with Human Resources, Compliance, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Merchandising, among others. The role serves as the primary legal resource for Quebec-specific matters and supports the company's commercial contracting functions. The candidate will collaborate with various departments including HR, Compliance, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain.

The candidate must have 2-5 years of experience and be called to the bar in Quebec, with a preference for being called in Ontario as well. A business-oriented approach to legal counsel is required.
