As our Alberta practice continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join our team on a remote, contract basis. We're seeking someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys building relationships, and shares our commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience. The Opportunity You'll manage Alberta residential real estate files from opening to closing, working alongside our legal team while serving as a trusted point of contact for clients and industry partners. You'll have the flexibility of working remotely while being supported by a collaborative team that values professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. What You'll Do Manage residential real estate files from start to finish Prepare and review documents for purchases, sales, refinances, transfers, and related transactions Communicate with clients, lenders, mortgage brokers, REALTORS®, and other professionals throughout the closing process Prepare closing documents, statements of adjustments, reporting letters, and other file documentation Review title documents and ensure lender requirements and closing conditions are satisfied Coordinate deadlines to ensure transactions close on time Maintain organized and accurate electronic files Deliver an exceptional client experience through timely, professional, and friendly communication Contribute ideas that help improve our processes as we continue to grow What We're Looking For Experience handling Alberta residential real estate transactions Strong knowledge of Alberta Land Titles procedures The ability to independently manage files from opening to funding Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Confidence working in a remote environment using modern legal technology Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and takes pride in providing outstanding client service Contract Details Remote contract opportunity Flexible schedule Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunity for ongoing work as our Alberta practice continues to expand Why Join Zubic Law?
