About the Position We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our team as an ERP, Inventory & Digital Operations Coordinator. Please note this position is ONSITE only. This is a diverse role involving inventory management, ERP systems, pricing, product data, e-commerce platforms, website updates, and customer communication. The successful candidate will work closely with management, suppliers, customers, and the marketing team to keep our information accurate and our digital platforms up to date. Responsibilities ERP & Inventory Management Maintain inventory records and product information in Epicor Prophet 21 (P21). Upload and update inventory, product, and vendor information in the ERP system. Ensure accuracy of product data across ERP, websites, and online marketplaces. Import and export data using Excel and CSV files. Design, maintain, and modify Crystal Reports forms used for key business documents such as invoices, purchase orders, packing slips, and sales orders. Pricing & Product Information Maintain pricing information and implement price updates. Manage product descriptions, specifications, images, and technical documents. Work with manufacturers, suppliers, and online catalogs to keep product information current. Website & E-Commerce Management Manage product listings on Magento, Amazon Seller Central, and other online platforms. Update website content using WordPress, basic HTML, and other tools. Ensure online product information, pricing, availability, and images are accurate. Customer & Marketing Support Communicate product information and updates to customers through email and phone. Work with the Marketing team on website content, newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional activities. Support customers by providing accurate and timely product information. Process Improvement Maintain accurate and organized business data. Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, pricing processes, and workflow efficiency. Assist with ERP improvements and implementation of better processes. Qualifications & Skills Experience with an ERP system, preferably Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) or a similar distribution ERP. Strong Excel skills and experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and data files. Experience managing product information, inventory data, pricing, and online content. Working knowledge of Magento, Amazon Seller Central, WordPress, and basic HTML. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate information. Good written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable communicating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and solve problems. Experience in industrial distribution, wholesale, or e-commerce is an asset. Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
