Caring Hands Home Health Care Services In Partnership with 4Seasons Transportation Location: South of Calgary Job Type: LPN/RN Salary: $27.54 per hour Make a Difference Every Day Caring Hands Home Health Care is looking for compassionate and dedicated Clinical Nurses (RN or LPN) to join our growing team. Working in partnership with 4Seasons Transportation, you will provide safe, individualized nursing care to students with medical and complex health needs while they travel to and from school. Deliver care in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders. Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice. Perform clinical procedures including but not limited to: Tracheostomy care Suctioning Enteral feeding Oxygen therapy Seizure management Other nursing interventions as required Monitor student health and respond appropriately to medical concerns. Communicate professionally with families, schools, transportation staff, and the clinical team. Qualifications Current registration in good standing with College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA), or College of Licensed Practical Nurses and Health Care Aides (CLHA) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills. Valid Alberta driver's license and reliable transportation. Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search. Pediatric, school health, home care, or community nursing experience is considered an asset. Schedule Morning Route: Approximately 6:30 AM – 9:30 AM Afternoon Route: Approximately 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM Additional shifts may be available based on operational needs. Provide safe, individualized nursing care to students with complex medical needs during their school transportation. Monitor student health, administer medications, and perform clinical procedures according to physician orders.

Must hold current registration with CARNA or CLHA and possess a valid Basic Life Support certification. A valid Alberta driver's license and a clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search are required.
