Develop, coordinate, and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, sales forecasts, inventory, and available resources. Monitor production and inventory, analyze capacity and plan variances, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and recommend corrective actions and process improvements while ensuring quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements are met.

Lead financial control and reporting, including periodic financial statements, monthly close, budgeting and forecasting, cost and inventory oversight, payroll, and internal controls. Partner with manufacturing and department leaders to analyze operational performance, improve financial systems and processes, support management decisions, and coordinate audits and treasury activities.

Coordinate occupational health, safety, and environmental programs, including employee and contractor training, risk assessments, inspections, incident investigations, and emergency preparedness. Prepare regulatory environmental reports, conduct emissions and workplace exposure sampling, oversee waste and spill programs, and support departments in improving SSE practices.
