We are seeking a National Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and expand market presence across Canada. This role is responsible for developing strategic relationships with pharmacy banners, wholesalers, distributors, and healthcare providers while executing customer-focused sales strategies that support A&D's business objectives and long-term growth. What we’re Looking For The ideal candidate is a bilingual, relationship-focused sales leader with experience in Canadian pharmacy and wholesaler channels. They have a proven ability to grow accounts, develop strategic partnerships, and deliver strong business results. What You’ll Do Sales & Customer Growth Achieve sales revenue and profitability targets across assigned accounts and channels. Develop strategic relationships with pharmacy banners, wholesalers, distributors, healthcare providers, and key partners. Execute customer-focused sales strategies that drive account growth, market penetration, and long-term partnerships. Apply a solution-based selling approach to identify customer needs and deliver value-added solutions. Recommend and allocate promotional resources by customer, product category, and opportunity using ROI and sales performance data. Develop and deliver customer-specific business reviews, sales presentations, promotional recommendations, and product-launch plans. Build account-specific and channel-specific business plans using sales data, market insights, product priorities, and customer growth opportunities to support revenue, margin, market share, and customer-development objectives. Business Planning & Collaboration Partner with internal teams to support forecasting, inventory planning, promotional initiatives, and customer programs. Provide customer, market, and competitive insights to support strategic business decisions. Manage government listings, reimbursement programs, and RFP activities as required. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to expand market share and product adoption. Analyze sales performance, customer trends, category performance, and competitive activity to identify risks, opportunities, and recommended actions. Support and maintain government, formulary, reimbursement, pseudo-DIN, and listing activities, including programs such as AQPP/RAMQ, Ontario ODB, NIHB, PANS, and relevant healthcare procurement or RFP processes. Lead or support healthcare RFP, tender, and contract opportunities, including preparation, coordination, submission support, and ongoing account development after award. Customer Channels National retail banners, distribution partners, diabetes clinics and specialty healthcare providers, and strategic healthcare and buying group partners What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field Valid driver’s license Minimum 5 years of experience managing relationships with Retailers, Distributors, Pharmacy Banner and Wholesaler channels Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong analytical and business planning capabilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions Knowledge of reimbursement, formulary, or government listing processes Willingness and ability to travel as required Compensation & Benefits Full-time position Competitive compensation package Comprehensive benefits program Opportunities for professional growth and development Travel-related business expense reimbursement Why Join Us Join a global leader in healthcare and measurement technologies that is committed to improving patient outcomes through innovative, reliable solutions.
