The Buy-out Fund of funds team at Access is comprised of investments professionals located in Paris, London, Brussels, and Helsinki and invests in both primary commitments (selecting the best performing buy-out funds in Europe) and secondary transactions (LP stakes and GP-leds). Role We are seeking an Analyst to join our Buy-out Fund of funds investment team. The role will include the following responsibilities: Supporting due diligence on primary commitments and secondary transactions Preparing investment recommendations Financial modelling Portfolio monitoring Developing and screening the pipeline of opportunities Supporting the team in day-to-day tasks What Access Capital Partners Offers Exceptional deal exposure with steep learning curve Active participation in the decision-making process with direct contact with senior members of the team Robust market expertise Diverse and inclusive environment with various nationalities within the team. English used as standard language in the office Requirements Graduated from a leading university / graduate school Previous internship or full-time experience in private equity, investment banking, or transaction services in a leading audit firm Solid understanding of private equity funds and corporate finance Strong quantitative skills Excellent skills in Microsoft Office suite.
