Company Description Nestled at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, just two hours north of Downtown Vancouver, Fairmont Chateau Whistler defines mountain luxury. Offering ski-in, ski-out convenience in the winter, and an on-site championship golf course in the summer, we are Canada’s year-round outdoor adventure destination. Additionally, we are Whistler's largest conference resort hotel, offering 5 unique dining outlets, a slope-side Health Club, and 519 guestrooms and suites. Job Description Fairmont Chateau Whistler is seeking a creative and commercially minded Marketing Manager to help tell the story of one of Canada's most iconic mountain resorts. Combining strategic marketing, content creation, and visual storytelling, this role is ideal for a marketer who can move seamlessly from big-picture thinking to hands-on execution, creating content and campaigns that inspire guests and elevate our luxury brand. This is a full-time, permanent position, starting as soon as possible. Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications Bring integrated marketing campaigns to life across digital, social, email, print, and on-property channels Create compelling content including photography, video, copy, and social media that captures the Fairmont Chateau Whistler experience Maintain and optimize hotel websites while supporting SEO and emerging AI search strategies Use analytics and insights to measure performance, identify opportunities, and improve results Develop luxury-aligned marketing collateral, promotional materials, and guest communications Collaborate with internal teams and creative partners to deliver impactful campaigns year-round Qualifications 3-5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within hospitality, tourism, travel, lifestyle, or luxury brands Strong content creation skills with experience in photography, video, copywriting, and/or design Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media, email marketing, websites, SEO, and analytics Experience using GA4, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing and creative tools Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills A creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and passion for storytelling Enthusiasm for travel, hospitality, the Whistler lifestyle, and creating exceptional brand experiences Job Perks & Benefits: Subsidized staff accommodation provided Access to our Employee Travel Program, with discounts on room rates and food & beverage at Fairmont & Accor properties worldwide Hotel leisure benefits including Golf/Ski passes Complimentary meal in our staff cafeteria per shift Additional Information Visa Requirements: To progress with your application, you must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
