Job Description As Wedding Sales Manager & Consortia Sales Support, you will play a key role in driving two important segments of our business: luxury weddings and leisure travel partnerships. Reporting to the Director of Group Sales and Director of Sales & Marketing, you will lead wedding sales initiatives from inquiry through contracting while supporting the hotel’s luxury consortia and travel advisor sales strategies. This role is ideal for an energetic, relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on creating exceptional client experiences while driving revenue growth. This is a full-time, permanent position, starting as soon as possible. Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications Lead wedding sales from initial inquiry through contracting, achieving and exceeding revenue targets Proactively generate new business through planners, referrals, industry partners, and destination wedding channels Conduct property tours and create compelling proposals that showcase Fairmont Chateau Whistler's luxury experience Build strong relationships with wedding planners, vendors, travel advisors, and luxury consortia partners Support the resort's luxury leisure and consortia sales strategies through advisor engagement, site inspections, and industry events Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences and successful events Track sales performance, market trends, and account production to identify growth opportunities Maintain accurate account information, contracts, and sales activity within hotel systems Qualifications Minimum 3 years of sales experience within hospitality, weddings, events, catering, luxury travel, or a related field Proven ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and drive revenue growth Knowledge of luxury travel advisors and consortia networks is an asset Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and highly collaborative approach Bachelor's Degree, Hotel Management Degree, or equivalent experience preferred Job Perks & Benefits: Subsidized staff accommodation provided Access to our Employee Travel Program, with discounts on room rates and food & beverage at Fairmont & Accor properties worldwide Hotel leisure benefits including Golf/Ski passes Complimentary meal in our staff cafeteria per shift Additional Information Visa Requirements: To progress with your application, you must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
