Interim Director of Finance & IT $130,000–$160,000 Etobicoke, ON | On-Site 13-Month Contract | Maternity Leave Coverage We are recruiting for an experienced Director of Finance & IT to join an established organization in Etobicoke. This is a hands on leadership role overseeing approximately 15–20 employees across Finance, Accounting and IT, while partnering closely with senior leadership. Responsibilities: Lead Finance, Accounting and IT teams and provide strategic direction Oversee budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, financial modelling and monthly reporting Provide financial and operational insights to senior leadership Drive process improvement, automation and system enhancements Manage and develop a multi-functional team Support business planning, performance management and operational decision-making Ideal Candidate: CPA, CMA or CGA designation 8+ years of FP&A experience, including 4+ years in management Previous Director level leadership experience Experience managing large, multi-functional teams Strong financial modelling, forecasting and reporting capabilities Proven ability to improve and automate FP&A processes Hands-on, collaborative and adaptable leadership style Experience in food, produce, wholesale or distribution is a strong asset Disclaimer: This is currently for an active job opportunity.
