Accessory Specialist

Action Car and Truck Accessories is Canada’s only national car and truck accessory retailer and distributor to both the private and industry sectors. With our head office in Moncton, New Brunswick, we have 44 stores and 4 distribution centres across the country. We are currently seeking an Accessory Specialist to join our St. John’s team. The Accessory Specialist is responsible for providing expert product advice, creating customer quotes, and delivering exceptional customer experience while helping customers choose the right accessories for their vehicles. Wage Range $22.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities Provide expert advice on automotive accessories and vehicle upgrade solutions Prepare quotes and assist customers in selecting the right products Promote a wide range of products including hood deflectors, box covers, wheels and tires, and 4x4 accessories Support installation scheduling and coordinate with technicians where required Maintain accurate customer orders and supporting paperwork Ensure showroom displays and product areas are clean and organized Deliver outstanding customer service in person and over the phone Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience in the automotive industry Excellent customer service and teamwork skills Strong communication and relationship-building ability Attention to detail and organizational skills Sales experience considered an asset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment Experience in installing automotive accessories considered an asset We offer competitive wages, full health and dental benefits, paid vacation, and great employee discounts. The Accessory Specialist provides expert advice on automotive upgrades and prepares product quotes for customers. They are also responsible for managing installation scheduling and maintaining organized showroom displays.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry and strong customer service skills. Sales experience and automotive installation skills are considered assets.
