Advise Addenda on legal and regulatory obligations affecting its operations, products, and services, including corporate, commercial, securities, and investment fund matters. Assess and mitigate legal risks, coordinate external legal counsel, and support the compliance team with regulatory interpretation and the development and review of institutional policies and procedures.
