Adecco is currently hiring a full-time HR Advisor for our client in Calgary, AB. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR professional who enjoys partnering with business leaders, improving HR processes, and leveraging technology to enhance service delivery and employee experience. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to assigned client groups, providing guidance on complex HR matters while supporting the continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and operational effectiveness. The successful candidate will bring strong HR operations experience, sound judgment, and a passion for delivering innovative HR solutions. Here's why you should apply: Paid weekly accurate and on time Strong health and safety programs Medical and dental benefits once qualified Free training programs New and quicker onboarding process Responsibilities: HR Advisory & Business Partnership Serve as the primary HR Advisory contact for assigned client groups Provide guidance and recommendations on complex HR operational matters Interpret and apply HR policies, procedures, and systems to support business needs Build strong relationships with employees, leaders, and internal stakeholders Support the resolution of employee and manager inquiries with professionalism and sound judgment HR Process Improvement & Service Delivery Lead and support initiatives aimed at improving HR service delivery and operational efficiency Identify opportunities for automation, self-service enhancements, and process optimization Participate in the redesign and continuous improvement of HR programs and processes Recommend scalable solutions that improve employee and manager experiences HR Systems & Technology Act as a subject matter expert for HR systems and related processes Support system configuration, testing, reporting, and optimization activities Collaborate with HRIS teams to implement technology-driven solutions Support enhancements involving Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, and other HR platforms Projects & Continuous Improvement Represent HR Advisory on cross-functional and enterprise-wide projects Contribute to the successful delivery of HR and business initiatives Analyze trends, recurring issues, and service metrics to identify improvement opportunities Develop recommendations for process, policy, and system enhancements Support change management and implementation activities Qualifications and Skills: Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business, Commerce, or a related field Minimum 2 years of progressive HR experience in a business-facing HR operations role Experience working within a shared services HR environment is considered an asset CPHR designation, or progress toward designation, is considered an asset Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices Experience using HR systems such as Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, or similar platforms Ability to manage complex employee and business-facing HR matters Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience supporting process improvement, automation, or HR transformation initiatives Proven ability to build relationships and influence outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups Oil and gas industry experience is considered an asset Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada Ready to make an impact?
