Key Responsibilities Develop and grow partnerships with CPA firms to generate new business opportunities. Prospect, engage, and re-activate CPA partners within your territory. Leverage networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting to drive sales growth. Become a trusted advisor to CPA firms and business owners by understanding their business challenges and aligning ADP solutions. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through implementation. Execute a territory business plan and maintain an active sales pipeline. Represent ADP at CPA events, conferences, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills. Preferred Experience selling through partner or referral channels. The compensation for this role is CAD $63,500.00 - CAD $113,500.00 / Year* Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws. In Ontario and/or British Columbia (where applicable), the range shown represents the expected total compensation, including vacation pay and commission at target.
