As a Senior Sales Representative, Core Major Accounts (Hunter), you’ll be responsible for driving net‑new business by identifying, engaging, and closing strategic Human Capital Management (HCM) opportunities within organizations of 50–150 employees. This is a true hunter role focused on new logo acquisition, full‑cycle sales ownership, and consultative selling at the executive level. What You’ll Do Own and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through close Consistently attain or exceed 100% of assigned revenue and product goals Develop and execute an annual territory and business plan aligned to growth targets Build and maintain strategic account plans outlining prospect needs, opportunities, and competitive strategy Generate a strong, sustainable pipeline through proactive prospecting and market penetration Sell ADP’s full portfolio of 40+ HCM products and services to C‑suite and senior decision‑makers Leverage CRM and sales automation tools to forecast accurately and manage performance Identify competitive threats and position ADP’s differentiated value to increase market share Partner effectively with internal teams to close complex, multi‑stakeholder deals Does This Sound Like You?
