Responsibilities Own technical implementation plans and engineering milestones. Lead architecture and code quality across backend services and integrations. Productionize AI components into stable product workflows. Improve release safety with testing strategy, CI/CD standards, and incident readiness. Coordinate engineers across disciplines to remove blockers and sustain velocity. Must-have skills Strong backend architecture and distributed systems design. Experience integrating AI services (LLM APIs, LangChain-based services, RAG backends). CI/CD, containerization, and production observability expertise. Strong reliability and performance troubleshooting experience. Hands-on technical leadership in planning and code quality governance. Preferred Skills Frontend architecture for AI-enabled experiences. Event-driven and data-intensive systems. Enterprise-grade security-first engineering practices. Success in first 90 days Deliver one major feature stream with stable production behavior. Improve quality indicators on critical paths. Establish repeatable delivery cadence with clear ownership.
