Description: As a Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT) II, you will perform specialized technical radiological imaging examinations on patients for the purpose of disease and pathology diagnosis. You may perform specialized diagnostic imaging procedures for Physician/Radiologist review, interpret physician requisitions and assist with the care and maintenance of imaging equipment. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic and Therapeutic Technologists (ACMDTT). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Healthcare Provider (BCLS-HCP). Additional Required Qualifications: This role requires flexibility, including availability for all shift; weekends, evenings, nights, and after-hours on-call. Additionally, you must be capable of performing all physical components of the job, such as pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting, carrying, or transferring patients and supplies over 50 lbs. The position also requires wearing lead aprons for extended periods, up to a minimum of 6.75 hours. Preferred Qualifications: As required.

Perform specialized technical radiological imaging examinations to diagnose diseases and pathology. Assist with the care and maintenance of imaging equipment and interpret physician requisitions.

Requires a diploma from an accredited MRT program and registration with the ACMDTT. Must hold a current BCLS-HCP certification and be physically capable of lifting over 50 lbs.
