Join Our Team as a Kitchen Steward: Are you someone who takes pride in keeping things spotless and organized? The Prince George Hotel is looking for a Kitchen Steward to play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. What You'll Do: * Clean and sanitize all dishware, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment * Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment * Follow proper procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment (WHMIS) * Support receiving, storing, and rotating food and supplies * Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently * Complete daily cleaning tasks as assigned * Report safety hazards, incidents, and maintenance concerns * Work closely with kitchen and Food & Beverage teams * Take initiative to ensure the kitchen remains in top condition at all times What You Bring: * Previous stewarding or kitchen experience is preferred * Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Good communication skills * Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards * Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays * Ability to work closing shifts What We Offer: We want you to feel valued here and to enjoy the benefits of being part of a strong and supportive team.
