The Project Office Manager is responsible for structuring and evolving project management processes while supervising a portfolio of complex engineering projects from estimation to delivery. They lead and develop a team of project managers and collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure budget, schedule, and quality standards are met. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 8 years of project management experience, specifically in NPI or automation. Proficiency in both French and English and experience managing multidisciplinary teams and prototypes are required, with a PMP certification being a major asset.
